What are the personalities and values in leadership?

They are found in the book "Organizational Behavior" by Stephen P. Robbins and Timothy A. Judge, 13th ed. 2009. Job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational Commitment (Judge & Robbins 2009)

Godon Allport defined personality nearly 70 years ago as "The dynamic organization within the individual of those psychophysical systems that determine his unique adjustments to his environment."

what do you know about job motivation?

I've heard that transactional leaders and transformational leaders play different roles. What do you know about this?

You know...motivation is the key ingredient to every action. When you have a vision and want to get there, you got to feel it, envision it and picture your self already there. I found that motivation is described as the processes that account for an individual's intensity, direction, and persistence of effort toward attaining a goal."

Ahh...That is such an interesting topic because people may get confused or with the characteristics and strive to be the best he/she can be and later realized that is not satisfied with his choice. I know that a transactional leader guides or motivate his followers in the direction that the goal requires and he must clarify the requirements necessary to complete their common goal. Now, the transformational leader's job is to inspire his followers to transcend their own self interest for the organization. He coaches, advises and promotes so the employee can grow and become a leader. Which one are you?
